Shawna Cormier (Hibiscus Van der Waal) is performing at 59E59 Theaters for the first time.. A graduate of Brooklyn College's MFA Acting Program, she is an actor, writer, and educator. Maggie Low (Linda Fairchild) has been a New York actor for over thirty years working Off Broadway, regionally, in independent films, television and radio. She has originated roles in Catholic School Girls, Candle in the Window, Times of War, The Big Vig, Venus' Diary and Kerry and Angie. Recently she played Grace in Pterodactyls by Nicky Silver. Josh Tobin (Jerry) Recent credits include Jack in July House at the NY International Fringe Festival, Leo in 4000 Miles at Baltimore Center Stage, and the title role in Scapin Off-Broadway at Theatre Row. Amanda Holston(Co-Director) is a theater artist and educator now based in Philadelphia. She is happy to return to work with Adjusted Realists after her previous foray into directing (and creature-buildling) with last summer’s production of Pterodactyls. Eric Vigdorov (Producer and General Manager) is a New York-based theatrical producer and manager. Currently Eric is an MFA candidate at Columbia University School of the Arts, studying Theatre Management & Producing. He holds a BFA degree in Acting from Brooklyn College, where he originally met and worked with Roger and Steve. Eric’s philosophy in producing is to create a theatrical environment through which the audience will leave the show feeling wholly challenged and inspired. He is the former Associate Producer at the Barefoot Theatre Company and has worked for both the Commercial and Not-for-Profit theatre. Eric also has substantial financial experience, working on Wall Street for the past 5 years.
Jessica Greenberg (Lighting Design): Jessica’s work as a designer has taken her to many venues in New York and around the country, with diverse projects in theatre, dance, and opera. New York designs include productions with New Opera NYC, Alivewire Theatrics, Red Fern Theatre, Castillo Theatre, Two Headed Calf, Midlantic Theatre, Heiress Productions, The Exchange/Orchard Project, and Epic Theatre Ensemble Education Programs. She has also served as a lecturer or guest designer at Hampshire College, Endicott College, Amherst College, Smith College and Yale University. Jessica is currently Assistant Professor of Lighting & Sound Design at Weber State University in Ogden, UT. Haejin Han(Production Stage Manager) is a stage manager and a lighting designer. She was an assistant production manager for Brigadoon on Broadway and was an assistant technical director for Hero at Lincoln Center, David H. Koch Theater. She stage managed at the BAM Harvey Theater for Sweet Science Suite. In 2014, she received the outstanding stage manager award at the New York Innovative Theater Awards. She has worked with many dance companies, including Elisa Monte, Nimbus Dance Works, ITE, Francesca Harper Dance Company, and Life Dance. Currently, she is working at the TheaterLab as a technical director and at John Jay College as a production manager.
